This is Home

It took me a loooong time to call this place home (about 4 years!)

I came up with every excuse in the book as to why this wasn't a good place to live.

I'd say, "it's a great place to visit, but not to live"..."it's a great place to vacation, but not a place where I want to raise my kids".

Very gradually, this place became "home" to me.  And now, there isn't a single place that I'd rather be than right here.
